HAYLEY’S BIBLE BENDER:

While not exactly a Bible bender, one line from Susan really stood out in this episode. When discussing Balaam, Balaam describes himself as the man “whose eye is open, who hears the word of God, who has knowledge of the Most High.” Susan pointed out that if God would give the false seer Balaam such insight, how much more will the Holy Spirit do for us? If we only remember to ask!

While just a note from this lesson, it really hit home for me. Do I ask the Holy Spirit to use me, to open my eyes, to learn God’s will on a daily basis? How much more purpose could my life have if I daily surrendered and request that of God?

What was your Bible bender? Did you learn anything new?
